Lori Hill, DVM

Dr. Lori Wendland began working at Shelton Veterinary Clinic at the beginning of 2018. Originally from Trenton, Florida, she now resides in Cross Creek. Dr. Wendland graduate from Florida International University in 1990. Later, she earned a DVM degree from the University of Florida in 1999. Dr. Wendland has a lot of experience in the veterinary field, previously practicing at Micanopy Animal Hospital for 14 years, Town and Country Animal Hospital for two years, and Knowles Veterinary Hospital for one year.

Dr. Wendland has a Ph.D. in Infectious Disease and Pathology. She has special veterinary interests in feline medicine, endocrinology, and pet surgery. At home, Dr. Wendland has three pet cats. In her spare time, she enjoys doing many outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, running, bicycling and gardening.
